I think these events are a great forum to exchange ideas and see each others work, even if it is not 100% new / complete / working!
I've a few things I'd like to tweak or get reasonably together but I'm going to be far from 100% on most. Still not made the "big" planned changes to my minisumo nor built the new "formula" minisumo.
Best regards, colin

This will soon be with us again,
I probably wont make it knowing me, but would like to.
Has anyone played with the idea of using a raspberry pi or beagle bone black for the main brain of a micromouse, i have been thinking about of the last week or so, would make a nice little setup, just plug in tv and keyboard and do a few code changes and off you go again. I may have to attempt this.
Regards Al

the pi is a little overkill for a mouse, however i have one kicking around and i could also record the maze for use later.
i was thinking of modding the code at http://www.seckford.net/ to drive the hardware side of things, then i will also have the choice of changing how the maze is solved and also a method for quick programming, just stick a monitor on etc. also this would be a base for software to map a house / outdoor environments.
I probably wont get around to doing this but its an idea.
