Oh it's ok, I downloaded it and paid online. I've been trying to find out how to create more advanced AI units for the game as there's nothing in it that I can't beat now. Playing online would be more of an attraction if it weren't for lag etc, plus I want to get some proper practise in before I embarrass myself!
But how are you getting on with it? |

Hi!
I've stop to play because its too easy. And on internet I have the high speed broadband and all games lag... The workshop is good but in general RobotWars Arena of Destruction is better.

| Cheers for the heads up, I'll check it out. You're getting bad lag even with broadband? That doesn't sound great although I've had lag playing Q2 with my broadband connection before, it's just how it is sometimes (but not all the time!) |

I got this game at a book warehouse a few years ago. It's great! But it has a ton of bugs. If you put more than 20 pistons in a bot, it goes careening about the arena! Funny, but things like that ruin an otherwise great game. There are some freebee mods out there, usually new AI or bot packs. Sometimes even new arenas or parts. There is a cheat code to get some cool parts, (a magnet, a cannon, a flamethrower, and a hover engine) but it only works with the latest patch. It's cheatbot2.
